Zohm

Categories:

Zohm is the energy and substance of existence.

Everything that exists contains Zohm. This includes physical things such as stones, animals and tools, as well as conceptual things such as promises, memories and ideas.

Zohm does not describe what something is. It only allows that thing to exist. Its identity is known as its Form.

An idea or object exists through Zohm, and the way intelligent species recognize and Name it change its power and there its Form in unpredictable ways.

Zohm, Form and Name
Existence is a result of these three ingredients.

Form

Zohm is the substance of energy meanwhile Form is the identity. It allows one existence to be distinguished from another.

A sword has Form because it can be recognised as a particular object rather than merely a collection of metal. A war has Form through the people involved, the places changed and the memories left behind.

Zohm takes on Form when it is seen, sensed, experienced or understood by true Life. A Form does not explictly require a Name. An unfamiliar sound, feeling or sight may be remembered without being given a clear title. The mind still separates it from other experiences and gives it an internal identity.

Life

Life is the spirit and soul found within true living beings. It allows them to breathe, think, sense, choose, understand and create meaning.

Life experiences Zohm and recognizes Form. Through memory and thought, it separates one existence from another.

Most importantly, only true Life can bestow a Name.

False forms of life may repeat words, obey existing Names or act according to a Name placed upon them, but they cannot create a true Name of their own.

Zohm, Form and Life

The three principles are therefore commonly described together:

Zohm allows existence. Form gives existence identity. Life experiences it and gives it Names.
